This role sits within the Customer Operations Team, providing a warm welcome to the college campus, face-to-face and over the telephone. This important role will ensure that all visitors to the college receive outstanding customer service—welcoming, supportive, and signposting to relevant solutions—while providing excellent administrative support to the wider student services department. The Basford Campus is home to our Supported Learning students in their own purpose-built building, The Gateway. This receptionist will work closely supporting these students as well as the wider Basford Campus.
You will utilize your excellent administration skills while working collaboratively with a range of professional services, including security, estates services, the wider student services team, and curriculum colleagues to ensure the service provided is outstanding and meets the needs of all customers.

You could be expected to work at any of our campuses, but will have a core base for most of the year. The primary base for this role will be Basford Campus.
