Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a friendly receptionist to support our busy showrooms in Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells on a temporary basis. You will greet visitors, manage phone lines and respond to emails, ensuring the reception area is neat and welcoming.

No prior receptionist experience is essential as full training is provided; a good telephone manner and a customer–focused approach will help you succeed. Weekly pay is offered through Brook Street NMR as part of this temporary vacancy.

Job description

Salary: £9.00 - £13.00 per hour dependent on age

We are looking for a temp receptionist to support our busy showrooms in Tonbridge & Tunbridge Wells on a temporary basis.

Duties will include customer interaction face to face, via telephone and via email. You will be required to meet and greet all customers, offer refreshments, manning the phones, responding to emails and ensuring all customer areas are kept clean and tidy.

Are you well presented, friendly and customer service focused? Do you have a good telephone manner?

Receptionist/ host experience ideal however not essential as full training is provided.
