Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Stratford-upon-Avon hotel is seeking a friendly front-of-house host to welcome guests on arrival, check them in, and manage payments with a courteous, professional approach. The role centers on delivering outstanding service within a busy hotel environment.

You will handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly, multitask across reception and administrative duties, and contribute to a positive guest experience through teamwork and reliability.

What will I do?

You willbe the first impressiona guest will have upon arriving at the hotel,you’ll greet guests, assign rooms, tack paymentsand general administrative duties.Ensure all guest enquires/complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner,always ensuring guest satisfactionthroughout their stay.
