Job summary

Sanctuary Care Limited is recruiting a Receptionist for Lake View Residential Care Home in Brookside Avenue, Brookside, Telford, Shropshire TF3 1LB. You will welcome residents and visitors and perform front-of-house duties with warmth and professionalism.

The role is 25 hours per week with evening and weekend shifts, £13.04 per hour, and additional benefits from Sanctuary's rewards package including life insurance, pension and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service setting.
• Confident IT skills with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Warm, approachable and can build rapport with residents and visitors.
• Organised and able to multi-task calmly.

Your role

• Welcome residents, relatives and visitors with warmth and professionalism


• Support customers by answering queries and offering clear, helpful information


• Carry out a range of administrative tasks to keep the home running smoothly


• Use your IT skills to manage emails, records and documents confidently


• Work closely with colleagues to create a friendly, supportive front of house experience

Your skills
