Capita HAAS in Peterborough is seeking a part-time Receptionist to be the first point of contact for claimants and visitors, handling check-ins, directing to rooms, and maintaining a secure, welcoming venue.
The role offers a £26,227.50 annual salary full-time equivalent, pro rata to £17,485.87, with 25 days holiday (rising to 27), pension and additional voluntary benefits designed to fit your lifestyle.
Our venue Receptionist's play a very important part in the team and the day to day running of the business, being the first and last point of contact for all our visitors and staff. Your role will include a wide range of responsibilities from meeting and greeting claimant's and their companions who come into venue for their assessment, managing the security of the venue, exchanging verbal and written information and therefore you will put claimant's wellbeing at the heart of everything you do. Receptionist
The Health Assessment Advisory Service (HAAS) arranges and carries out assessments for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and the Department for Communities (DfC). The purpose of the assessment is to understand how an illness or disability affects a person's daily life. After the assessment, the DWP/DfC makes the decision as to whether the individual will receive any benefits.
