Hours per week: Full time shift pattern, early 7am-3pm, late 2pm-10pm

Here at The Mole Resort, we have launched a brand new resort set in 125 acres of beautiful Devon countryside, jam-packed with delicious food and drink and a whole lot of exciting activities.

As a Resort Receptionist, you will be responsible for assisting in providing a great customer journey from check in to check out.

What will I be doing?

  1. Check our guest in and out in a professional, friendly manner.
  2. Deal with incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner, recording and passing on messages as well as answering all emails.
  3. Completing day to day office administrative tasks including hotel banking.
  4. Friendly and professional customer service when dealing with guests.
  5. Ensure workstation area is tidy and equipment is in working order.
  6. Understand and comply with Health and Safety legislation, fire precautions, legal requirements, and perform any other tasks that may be required from time to time.
  7. Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.
