Job summary

Crowne Plaza Stratford Upon Avon is seeking a friendly receptionist to greet guests, answer questions about hotel services and local area, and set the tone for their stay. You will be the face of our hotel for guests using our restaurants, bars and meeting rooms, with a natural hospitality charm and a passion for service.

We offer full training and flexible shifts across 7 days a week; hours are 40 per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and friendly demeanour.
• Flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Full training provided; prior branded hotel experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and provide a warm welcome.
• Answer questions and offer information about hotel services, facilities and local area.
• Be the face of the hotel for guests using restaurants, bars and meeting rooms.
• Support hotel operations with professional, courteous service.

£12.71 per hour. 40 hours per week across 5 days.

We are looking for a friendly, passionate and energetic Receptionist to join our team.

First impressions are everything and you willset the tone for every guest’s stay.With a genuinely warm welcome, you’ll be ready with answers to any questions and be ableto offer information about hotel services, facilities and the local area. Anything to help make the guests visit that bit more special.

You will be the face of our hotel, not just to guests staying on property but to guest visiting to use our restaurants, bars and meeting rooms.
You must have a natural hospitality charm and a passion for service.

Ideally you will have experience of working within a branded hotel environment but this isn't essential and full training will be provided.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
