Lympstone Manor is seeking a Receptionist to join our team, delivering guest service of the highest standard. The role involves evening, weekend, early and late shifts, front-of-house duties and handling calls and reservations.

The successful candidate will have proven experience with hotel reservation systems and a passion for hospitality, with excellent communication and presentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience using hotel reservation systems.
• Experience in similar hotels is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking evening, weekend, early and late shifts.
• Being a focal point for hotel guests and employees on shift.
• Handling all external and internal calls to meet guest requests.
• Managing guest reservations to the standard.
• Maintaining knowledge of the hotel, clients and services at all times.

Salary: £28,089.10 plus approximately £4,000.00 in tronc per year

Hours: Full time

Relationships: Reservations team, Front of House team, Sales & Events team

We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the industry and the work they do and will consistently perform to the highest level, ensuring all Lympstone Manor standards met. They will work as a team to provide the very best possible levels of customer service, providing the guest with an unforgettable stay. Proven experience in the use of hotel reservation systems and in similar hotels desirable.

What you’ll be doing

• Undertaking evening, weekend, early and late shifts
• Being a focal point for hotel guests and employees when on shift
• Handling all external and internal calls in the correct manner, ensuring that guest requests are met
• Handling guest reservations and booking to the correct standard
• Ensuring knowledge of the hotel, clients and services are maintained at all times
