Join our dynamic team as our Baker Street, Receptionist! Whether it's greeting visitors, juggling multiple tasks, or ensuring our space is always at its best, your energy and enthusiasm will set the tone for an exceptional experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

As our Receptionist, you'll be the heart of our office operations, the friendly face of our brand, and the first point of contact for visitors, guests, and colleagues. You'll ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes while creating a professional yet warm environment that leaves a lasting, luxury, impression for all.

Part Time hours: 09:00am – 2:00pm, Monday – Friday. 20 hours per week, 5 hours per day.

Key Responsibilities

In our dynamic and buzzing Facilities Team, every day brings something new! Here are some of the exciting things you’ll be diving into:

Reception: Be the Face of Our Brand
  • Create a warm, friendly, and professional atmosphere in our reception area that embodies our brand.
  • Welcoming visitors: assisting with signing in and out, ensuring all interactions meet our Health and Safety requirements whilst providing a best in class service.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, connecting people with the right team members seamlessly.
  • Work with our Office Manager to ensure that our Office environment is welcoming, tidy and reflects our luxury brand.
  • Best in class service, managing queries from Baker St colleagues.
Mail and Courier Coordination: Keep Us Connected
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail promptly while maintaining a tidy post area.
  • Prepare outgoing mail, ensuring it’s ready to go by 4:00 PM daily.
  • Keep our franking machine topped up and coordinate courier services with accuracy and efficiency.
Baker Street Shop: Manage with Flair
  • Keep shop displays looking fresh and fully stocked with our amazing products.
  • Handle daily staff shop operations, and assist with stock takes as needed.
  • Help maintain our Privilege Scheme to keep our teams happy and engaged.
Facilities and Health & Safety: Help Things Run Smoothly
  • Ensure stationery, kitchen supplies, and shop products are well-stocked by managing inventory and orders.
  • Act as the key point of contact between Baker Street office and our Bristol Warehouse colleagues for seamless product deliveries.
  • Co-lead office inductions for new colleagues, helping them feel at home from day one.
  • Support the Office Manager to improve processes, streamline operations, and champion sustainability initiatives.

  • Ensure all duties carried out and actions completed in every aspect of your role, contribute to the short and long-term Sustainability Goals set-forth by the ELEMIS - Climate, Biodiversity & People Pillars.

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
  • Tech-savviness with phone systems, email, and Microsoft Office.
