We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist to join our Head Office in London, Furnival Street, on a permanent, full-time basis.

The working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 16:30, based on 37.5 hours per week.

Join our vibrant, inclusive community as the Front of House Receptionist at our flagship London head office. You will manage the busy front of house reception, greet clients, ensure meeting rooms are booked and presentable, and perform general administrative tasks.

Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, as our key players often conduct meetings at our head office.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage daily reception operations.
  2. Answer and redirect calls professionally and promptly.
  3. Take and relay messages to appropriate staff members.
  4. Book and prepare meeting rooms.
  5. Manage on-site access for staff.
  6. Oversee car park bookings.
  7. Serve as the first point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
  8. Handle administrative tasks such as PO processing, ordering refreshments and equipment, mail, and reports.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in a Front of House Reception role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Approachable, professional, and warm demeanor.
  • Neat and professional appearance.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Proactive and resourceful.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
