Job summary

BCUHB in North Wales is seeking an organized receptionist/administrator for the Mental Health Service. You will provide comprehensive reception and clerical support, ensuring a courteous and professional approach while assisting the multidisciplinary team in delivering seamless care to the local population.

The role requires Welsh language skills (level 3 or above), flexibility, and the ability to travel to meet post requirements.

Qualifications

  • GCSE Maths and English Grade C or equivalent.
  • NVQ Level 2 Customer Service / Business Administration or equivalent knowledge and experience, or willing to work towards.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to function under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of IT and Windows applications.
  • Able to travel to meet the requirements of the post.
  • Welsh Speaker level 3 or above.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive reception and clerical support for the Mental Health Service.

Job description

To provide comprehensive reception and clerical support for the Mental Health Service. Demonstrating a courteous, professional and sensitive manner at all times the post-holder is expected to prioritise, manage his/her time and demonstrate a high degree of flexibility., You will be able to find a full Job description and Person Specification attached within the supporting documents or. The purpose of this post is to provide an efficient and comprehensive administration and reception service for the service. The post holder will work alongside the multi-disciplinary team and support in offering seamless care for the population of North Wales. The ability to speak Welsh is essential for this role,

  • Good standard of education - GCSE Maths and English Grade C or equivalent
  • NVQ Level 2 Customer Service / Business Administration, or equivalent knowledge and experience, or willing to work towards, Ability to prioritise workload
