Dental Receptionist

Full Time Monday-Friday
(would consider part time 2 days per week working Thursdays and Fridays)
As a Receptionist, you are at the heart of your practice. You are the first point of contact for every customer, welcoming them in, understanding how they are feeling, and making sure they have a great experience. You’ll know that first impressions count.
You’ll work side by side with every team member and build trust through your efficiency, accuracy, and people skills. You’ll be a great communicator, able to talk clearly and calmly with every patient both in person and over the phone. You’ll handle any concerns and queries that patients have regarding the treatments on offer in the practice, including pricing and follow-ups.
