Job description

Contract: Full Time
Salary: £10.00- £12.21 per hour depending on age

Role Objective

To be the first point of contact for all questions and queries related to guest stays, spa days, club memberships, or other general inquiries. Demonstrating a proactive attitude, you will serve as a source of information for guests and colleagues. Your knowledge of daily activities, guest numbers, and availability will support the wider team in maximising utilisation.

This role supports functions such as Spa, Wellbeing & Fitness, Main Reception, and management by providing guest data and information.

Some Responsibilities include

  • Greeting guests warmly and ensuring a smooth check-in process, including registration, offering tours when appropriate, and explaining the welcome pack.
  • Handling financial transactions correctly and in line with GDPR, providing receipts, and maintaining records securely.
  • Ensuring all client accounts are settled upon checkout, maintaining robe controls, and checking guest satisfaction. Addressing any feedback appropriately.
  • Monitoring CCTV for safety in pool and other areas.
  • Monitoring headcounts hourly to prevent exceeding maximum bather load.
  • Supporting with pool tests if trained, in the absence of the fitness or maintenance team.
  • Leading or supporting guest walks when applicable.
  • Closing open folios and settling classes in the system.
  • Upselling additional services and managing yield through columns.
  • Assisting with scheduling spa staff and services.
  • Managing pre-bookings and bookings for spa services, ensuring accurate billing.
  • Maintaining knowledge of all packages and services.
  • Promoting promotional offers and supporting sales targets.
