Holiday Inn Hemel Hempstead is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our team on a casual, occasional worker basis. You will set the tone with a warm welcome, handle guest inquiries and help guests feel at home from arrival to departure.
The role offers flexible shifts across seven days a year and full training for branded hotel standards. You will be the face of the hotel across reception, restaurants, bars and meeting spaces, delivering a memorable guest experience.

We are looking for a friendly, passionate and energetic Receptionist to join our team.
First impressions are everything and you will set the tone for every guest’s stay. With a genuinely warm welcome, you’ll be ready with answers to any questions and be able to offer information about hotel services, facilities and the local area. Anything to help make the guests visit that bit more special.
You will be the face of our hotel, not just to guests staying on property but to guest visiting to use our restaurants, bars and meeting rooms.
You must have a natural hospitality charm and a passion for service.
Ideally you will have experience of working within a branded hotel environment but this isn't essential and full training will be provided.
We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
