The Granby Care Home -Granby Road, Harrogate, North Yorkshire, HG1 4SR

Full Time - h/week

We are on the hunt in Harrogatefor a full time experienced Receptionist based out of the Care Home.

Duties and responsibilities are,

• Answering Telephone, Redirecting Calls, Handling Queries, and Taking Messages
• Opening and Distribution of Incoming Mail
• Placing Invoices into Envelopes ready for Posting
• Franking Mail
• Other Admin Functions as Required
• Occasional Trips to Post Office
• Making Beverages for the Team
