Job summary

H.R. Owen Jack Barclay is seeking a Receptionist to join their team at Burr Road, London. You will be the first friendly point of contact for walk-in customers, delivering that seamless luxury service the brand is known for.

You will act as an ambassador for H.R. Owen, supporting Heads of Business and nurturing relationships while maintaining a polished, professional image. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential to succeed in this role.

H.R. Owen, the UK’s leading luxury automotive dealer group, is seeking a Receptionist to work with Jack Barclay, Burr Road. We’re looking for someone that’s used to going above and beyond to deliver the highest level of customer service. The cars that we sell are meticulously engineered and the people that buy them expect will expect a seamless and enjoyable experience.

The Receptionist will act as an ambassador for H.R. Owen Jack Barclay, assisting the Heads of Business wherever needed and working as a friendly and knowledgeable first point of contact for all walk-in customers. You must be able to carefully nurture relationships and develop a comprehensive understanding of the brand and the line-up of vehicles offered.
