Job summary

Group 1 Automotive in Colchester is seeking a customer-focused receptionist to be the first point of contact for showroom visitors. You will greet customers, manage calls and emails, and support operations with a friendly, professional manner.

The role requires excellent communication, strong organisational skills, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. IT literacy and a willingness to learn are essential, with opportunities for progression within Group 1 Automotive’s UK network.
