Job summary

Group 1 Automotive, UK, is looking for a friendly customer service focused receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and customers across our sites. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, handle inquiries, and support colleagues with admin tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a customer service role; able to deliver a positive customer experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; friendly and professional manner.
• Proven ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
