As our Receptionist, you will be our guests' first point of contact and ensure they receive the warmest of welcomes. We are looking for someone passionate and very hospitable in their approach to customer service.

Dim Sum Library serves up modern Cantonese atmosphere in the heart of London in The Yards. We’ve got next-level dim sum, tea-inspired cocktails, and all-day dining. And we’re just a short two-minute walk from Covent Garden or Leicester Square station. Easy to get to, hard to leave.

Your day at Aqua:

• Professional guest guidance: Direct guests to their tables and other facilities – your care will foster a friendly relationship with our guests to create a memorable experience
• Clear communication: Establish effective communication with fellow staff and management – communicate special requests from guests, monitor capacity, etc. You will ensure smooth service across all departments and increase guest satisfaction

You will be paid £12.71 per hour. In addition, you can be a part of the venue’s Tronc system, which may give you up to £3.29 extra per hour each month. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
