What you’ll be doing?

As a member of our Receptionist team, you may be the first or last person our guests interact with. Your customer service skills will be top-notch. From the initial warm welcome, assisting with check-in, to ensuring guests leave happy at check-out, you will shape their experience. You’ll also work closely with other departments to enhance the guest experience, answer calls, allocate rooms, and prepare bills. Your computer skills will complement your personal skills.

What you’ll need to be a Receptionist?
  • A genuine and warm approach with standout people skills
  • Strong attention to detail and IT savvy, ensuring accuracy in room allocation, billing, and noticing small details like preferred tea types
  • Good communication skills and a proficient level of English, both written and spoken
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a 'can do' attitude and enjoy being busy
  • Previous experience is preferred, but passion for customer service and people skills are more important
