The Firm
Top legal firm in Central Bristol, close to Temple Meads, Cabot Circus, and all central amenities. You will be working as part of an award-winning legal firm, which offers a unique culture focused on high-quality work and exciting development opportunities. The Role
We are pleased to be working with our client to assist in finding a Permanent Receptionist. If you are passionate about delivering outstanding front of house service and have previous reception and/or switchboard experience, this could be a great move. The working hours are Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week. You will need to be flexible between the hours of 7 am - 7 pm, working a shift pattern which may include hours of 7.30 am - 4.30 pm and 10.00 am - 7.00 pm.

The salary on offer is £28,000 per annum.

Your key duties will include:

  1. Working as part of the front of house team, you will be the 'face' of the firm, greeting everyone with a friendly smile and efficient manner, providing refreshments and a calm, yet assured manner to everyone you meet.
  2. Responding to a range of telephone calls with a calm demeanor.
  3. As part of the reception team, you will manage 33 meeting rooms which are in high demand. The reception team manages the booking system and coordinates large client meetings, seminars, and events through to fine dining and internal activities.

The Person
You will need to have previous telephone reception experience. You'll need to have a very professional approach, as well as a naturally helpful manner, and be able to cope well under pressure while enjoying being the face of the firm. A flexible nature is required for the role.
