Job summary

Leonardo Hotels in Aberdeen is seeking a friendly Receptionist to help run the Front Office smoothly and deliver the real 5-star stay guests expect. You’ll be the first face guests meet, handle check-in and check-out, and act as an ambassador for the hotel.

You’ll support the team, offer local recommendations, stay organized, and bring a warm, dependable presence. The role includes ongoing training and clear progression within a vibrant hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk or hospitality settings is preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest-service focus.
• Ability to stay calm during busy periods and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

The Receptionist will support the smooth running and objectives of the Front Office department. All members of the department work together to create memorable moments for guests, in line with both company and hotel-specific service standards, and collaborate closely with other departments within the hotel. You will act as an ambassador for your own hotel and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate, demonstrating the company vision, mission and values. At all times, you will treat others around you with respect, dignity and fairness. As a Receptionist you’ll be a face of the hotel, so we want you to bring your warm and friendly personality to work with you every day. Take a deep breath because you’ll be stepping into a busy role! Working as part of a vibrant team, you’ll be an ambassador for the hotel as the first person our guests will meet. Whilst organising all aspects of the check-in and check-out processes, you’ll be offering guests the real 5-star treatment at our hotel!
