Duties as a Reception Year Teacher:

1. Plan and deliver engaging, play-based lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

3. Observe, assess, and track children's progress to inform planning and provide individual support.
4. Support children's social, emotional, and physical development through structured activities and free play.
5. Collaborate with teaching assistants and staff to deliver high-quality early years education.

7. Maintain high standards of behaviour management and promote positive interactions among pupils.
8. Participate in school initiatives, staff meetings, and professional development.

Ideal Candidate:
