Job summary

Travelodge Cambridge Swavesey is hiring a Reception Team Member on a part-time contract. You’ll greet guests, check them in, and handle cash while contributing to a friendly, efficient front-desk experience.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided. Weekend availability and a customer-focused mindset are valued to support a busy hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the hotel and assist with check-in.
• Process cash and banking procedures accurately.
• Carry out regular fire & safety walks and safety checks.
• Support wider hotel teams as needed.
