Job summary

Travelodge Hotels (UK) is hiring a guest service host to welcome guests and ensure a smooth arrival experience at our Swavesey location. You will handle check-ins, process payments, and maintain cash and banking procedures while delivering friendly service.

You’ll perform regular fire and safety checks, support the wider hotel team, and contribute to a positive, rewards-focused environment with our Aspire Programme and incentive schemes.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the hotel.
• Check guests in and out at reception.
• Handle cash and banking procedures.
• Conduct regular fire & safety walks.
• Assist wider teams when needed.
