Job summary

Travelodge Inverness City Centre is seeking a friendly Reception Team Member for a part-time role. You will join a fun, supportive team with flexible working to suit everyone; no previous experience is required as we will coach you in guest check-in and hotel procedures.

You will welcome guests at the desk, manage cash and banking tasks, perform safety walks, and assist the wider team when needed to ensure smooth operation.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the hotel and assist with check-in and check-out.
• Handle cash and banking procedures accurately.
• Conduct regular fire and safety walks as part of hotel safety.
• Support other hotel teams during busy periods.
