Job summary

Travelodge Gravesend is seeking a friendly Reception Team Member on a part-time contract to greet guests, check them in, and handle cash and banking with accuracy. You will work as part of a cheerful, supportive team in a family feel environment.

No previous experience required as full training will be provided; the role offers flexible hours and opportunities to progress into management through our Aspire Programme, plus staff discounts and rewards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the hotel and assist with check-in.
• Handle cash and banking procedures accurately.
• Perform regular fire and safety walks and procedures.
• Support wider teams as needed to ensure smooth operations.
