Job summary

Whitbread PLC's Premier Inn Portsmouth Dockyard is seeking a friendly Receptionist to welcome guests and support a smooth check-in. You’ll be the first point of contact, delivering excellent customer service and coordinating with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready.

This permanent role offers 16 hours per week at Queen Street, Portsmouth, with pay up to £13.06 per hour and a benefits package.

• Greet guests warmly and manage check-in/check-out processes.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist guests as needed.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for guests.

Receptionist – Portsmouth Dockyard Premier Inn Hotel

Come and be a Receptionist at Premier Inn in Portsmouth Dockyard. As the friendly face of our hotel, use your fun personality and your customer service skills to welcome guests. Help them to rest easy from the moment you check them in – be it a warm smile or joining up with the housekeeping team to get rooms perfect.

PAY RATE:

Up to £13.06 per hour

CONTRACT TYPE:

Permanent – we don’t do zero hours contracts!

HOURS:

16 hours per week

LOCATION:

A conditional sale of the hotel has been agreed and this role may be in scope to TUPE transfer to a new employer
