Job summary

Whitbread's Portsmouth Dockyard Premier Inn is hiring a Nights Team Member to look after our hotel and guests overnight. You’ll bring calmness, customer service, and basic health and safety awareness to ensure a safe, comfortable stay.

This permanent night-shift role offers up to £13.66 per hour, 16 hours per week, with training and career development path, staff discounts, and a range of Whitbread benefits.

Nights Team Member – Portsmouth Dockyard Premier Inn

Come and be a Nights Team Member at Portsmouth Dockyard Premier Inn. As the go-to for our hotel overnight guests, use your calm personality to ensure their safety and your customer service skills to help them rest easy and get that good night’s sleep with us. Immediate start, no experience needed.

A conditional sale of the restaurant site has been agreed and this role may be in scope to TUPE transfer to Common Table Group.

PAY RATE:

Up to £13.66 per hour - night shift

CONTRACT TYPE:

Permanent – we don’t do zero hours contracts! Over 18s only.

HOURS:

16 hours per week
