Job summary

Premier Inn at London Heathrow Airport T2 & T3 is hiring a Receptionist to greet guests and support the hotel team. You will be the friendly face of the hotel, helping guests rest easy from the moment they check in.

The role is permanent, offering 30 hours per week with training and a range of Whitbread benefits, including discounts and a pension scheme. A welcoming, service‑driven approach is essential.

• Welcome guests at check-in and check-out and address guest needs.
• Collaborate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are prepared to the highest standard.

We're currently recruiting in our London Heathrow Airport T2 & T3 Premier Inn. Working 30 hours per week, paying up to £13.56 per hour.

Come and be a Receptionist at Premier Inn in (London Heathrow Airport T2 & T3 ). As the friendly face of our hotel, use your fun personality and your customer service skills to welcome guests. Help them to rest easy from the moment you check them in – be it a warm smile or joining up with the housekeeping team to get rooms perfect.
PAY RATE:
Up to £13.56 per hour
CONTRACT TYPE:
Permanent – we don’t do zero hours contracts!
HOURS:
30 hours per week
LOCATION:
