Job summary

Premier Inn Bristol Filton is seeking a Receptionist to warmly welcome guests, assist with check-in, and support housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready. You will be part of Whitbread’s Premier Inn brand, delivering friendly service and contributing to a smooth guest experience.

This permanent, on-site role offers 21 hours per week with a pay rate of up to £13.06 per hour, providing opportunities for development within the UK’s leading hospitality company.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work as part of a team and support housekeeping when needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly manner and assist with check-in and inquiries.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are prepared to a high standard.
• Deliver consistent guest service and maintain hotel standards.
