Job summary

Premier Inn Glasgow (Beardsen) is hiring a friendly Receptionist. You will greet guests, manage check-ins, and work closely with housekeeping to ensure rooms meet Premier Inn standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work with others, including housekeeping, to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at reception with a warm, efficient welcome.
• Check guests in and out using the front desk system.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready and meeting standards.

Help them to rest easy from the moment you check them in – be it a warm smile or joining up with the housekeeping team to get rooms perfect.

PAY RATE:

Up to £13.06 per hour

CONTRACT TYPE:

Permanent – we don’t do zero hours contracts!

HOURS:

15 hours per week
