Job summary

Whitbread PLC, operating Premier Inn London Gatwick Airport East, seeks a Receptionist to welcome guests at Balcombe Road, Crawley. You will be the friendly face at check-in, delivering excellent customer service to ensure guests rest easy.

This is a fixed-term role: 16 hours per week, pay up to £13.56 per hour, ending 25 February 2027. Benefits include breakfast on us, staff discounts, pension schemes and other Whitbread perks.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented receptionist experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out processes.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready on arrival.

Up to £13.56 per hour

CONTRACT TYPE:

Fixed-term until 25/02/2027 – we don’t do zero hours contracts!

HOURS:

16 hours per week
