Job summary

Novotel York Centre is seeking a capable Reception Team Leader to guide our front desk team and ensure outstanding guest service. You will mentor staff, oversee front office operations, and help create memorable experiences for guests.

You will coordinate with other departments, handle guest relations and be prepared to work duty manager shifts as needed. Fluency in English is essential, and Accor employees enjoy benefits across the global network.

As our next Reception Team Leader, you…

Our hotel offers 146 rooms, meeting rooms, bar, restaurant and Swimming pool.

To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests you will need to be fluent in English.
