Job description

ABC Teachers are recruiting for a Primary Teacher with previous experience in an early years setting to work full time in a Reception class to start from the Autumn Term 2025.

The Role

This role includes the following:

• Working in a full class teacher role planning, presenting, and assessing lessons and pupil progress.

• Full time hours with an option to be paid to a M1-M4 scale from the outset.

• This will be long term cover commencing from the start of the Autumn Term and continue until the end of the term, with a potential to extend.

The School

This school is a three-form entry based in the Wolverhampton area. Currently working closely with ABC Teachers offering a warm environment for supply staff coming into the school.

Requirements

To be considered for the Reception Teacher position, you will:

• Be able to communicate and work effectively with pupils in an Early Years setting.

• Have experience teaching the Reception curriculum.

• Need a relevant QTS for working in a primary school environment, this is a compulsory part of registration.

• Have or be able to obtain a DBS registered to the update service.

• Be able to gain relevant references from the last 2 years.
