Job summary

Wellesbourne C of E Primary School in the West Midlands is inviting applications for an experienced Reception Teacher who is passionate about Early Years education and who understands what young children need to thrive, academically and emotionally.

You'll join our EYFS team, working closely with the Deputy Headteacher, the parallel Reception teacher and a team of skilled Teaching Assistants to create a nurturing, engaging learning environment and to support every child on their school journey.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Reception Teacher who is passionate about Early Years education and has a strong understanding of what young children need to thrive, both academically and emotionally. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated EYFS team, working closely with our Deputy Headteacher, the parallel Reception teacher and a team of highly skilled, supportive Teaching Assistants.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of child development, a commitment to creating an engaging and nurturing learning environment, and the ability to inspire a love of learning from the very start of a child's school journey. They will be a team player, keen to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to continually developing our outstanding EYFS provision.
