The Role: We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Reception Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our Reception Teacher students, ensuring that each child receives the support and guidance they need to flourish in their early years education.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and stimulating lessons that cater to the individual needs and interests of Reception class students.
* Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to participate.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents/carers as required.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and deliver a broad and balanced curriculum that meets the needs of all students.
* Establish positive relationships with students, parents/carers, and colleagues, fostering a strong sense of community within the school.

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience working with early years students, preferably as a Reception Teacher.
* A passion for teaching and a commitment to providing high-quality education to all students.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents/carers, and colleagues.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively plan and deliver lessons.
* A commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to engage in further training and learning opportunities.
