Reception Teacher - Harrow - September 2025 Start - 4 days per week

We are collaborating with an outstanding and high-achieving primary school in Harrow that is looking to appoint a Reception Teacher starting from September 2025.

Responsibilities of this Reception Teacher role:

• Stay informed about educational research and policies through training, workshops, and reading, while actively implementing school and local authority initiatives.
• Promote a positive school culture by modelling excellent teaching practices, motivating staff, and representing the school in meetings with governors and external networks.
• Plan and deliver a high-quality, inclusive curriculum that challenges all pupils and supports progress across core and non-core subjects.
• Monitor pupil progress closely, using data to identify and implement effective interventions that close learning gaps and improve achievement.
• Collaborate regularly with colleagues and parents to support individual learning needs and communicate curriculum developments.

The ideal candidate for this Reception Teacher role will:
