We are seeking an exceptional Reception Supervisor to join the team at Claridge’s.

Front Office

Claridge’s Front Office department is at the heart of the guest experience from the moment guests step through our iconic revolving doors. Working within the team, you will be in a polished, fast-moving environment, where professionalism, warmth and impeccable attention to detail define every interaction. You are the face of the hotel, welcoming guests, anticipating needs before they’re spoken and ensuring every stay begins and ends flawlessly.

As Reception Supervisoryou will be responsible for:

• Creating renowned memorable experiences for all our guests.
• The smooth running of the shift at the reception desk, delegating tasks from the shift duties list and assisting the Receptionists where necessary.
• You will complete general reception duties, allocate the most suitable room for each guest and ensure that credit procedures are followed.
• Ensuring that guest problems are followed up and that guest history is updated accordingly.
• The handover to the next shift and ensuring that banking and balancing of the shifts are accurately completed.

Successful candidates for our Reception Supervisoropportunity will:

• Have worked in a similar role, within a five star or fine dining environment.
• Be confident in leading, supporting and motivating a team.
• Be skilled at managing service flow and stepping in to support during busy periods.
• Provide intuitive service, with absolute understanding of our guests needs to create exceptional service experiences, that result in lasting memories.
• Be a team player who is an avid learner who wants to be challenged and developed.
• Have a thorough understanding of Forbes and LQA Standards.
