A prominent hospitality group based in Crownhill seeks a dedicated Reception Supervisor and Duty Manager to oversee Front of House operations. The role requires excellent customer service skills, experience in Front of House, and proficiency in property management systems. We are a small group of 4*-star hotels based in South Wales and the South West of England. We have three hotels located in Cardiff Bay, Bristol City Centre, and Plymouth. All of our hotels offer large comfortable Canadian beds, conference and meeting centres, and bespoke individual restaurant and bar areas.
Our hotels provide a wide range of amenities for both corporate and leisure guests. We have built an excellent reputation in our locations for 4* hospitality at an affordable rate, and our high returning guest rate is a testament to our staff and hotels.

We are currently looking for a Reception Supervisor and Duty Manager. You will report directly to the Front of House Manager and have responsibility for the staff and department when on shift. Additionally you will be nominated to undertake Duty Manager responsibilities as per your rota when required. You will be the first point of contact for all guests, delegates, and contractors when entering or contacting our hotel, so excellent customer service skills and a professional aptitude are essential. Your experience in a Front of House setting using property management systems will be indispensable, alongside your calm approach when dealing with issues that arise without notice.
You will be flexible, reliable, enthusiastic, with a passion for hospitality and be able to work in a team and also independently.
Our hotels and Conference Centres are busy establishments, so this is a very much a hands‑on role.
