Working Pattern: Full Time, 08:30 – 17:30

Responsibilities
  • Welcoming visitors with a warm smile and assisting with inquiries.
  • Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Providing clerical support, including data entry and filing.
  • Coordinating meetings and managing reception schedules.
  • Working closely with other staff members to ensure smooth operations.
