Job summary

El Pastor Restaurant in Soho, London, part of Harts Group, is hiring a Reception Manager to lead our reservations and guest experience. You will manage the front-of-house team, ensure smooth seating flow and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced market.

You will report to the leadership team and contribute to a culture of hospitality excellence, supported by ongoing training, development opportunities and group-wide rewards.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years’ experience managing reservations for a busy restaurant in London.
• Excellent knowledge of Sevenrooms Reservations system.
• Confident and warm communication with team and guests.
• Positively lead reception teams and support through regular training.
• Experience hiring, training and motivating a team.

Responsibilities

• Maximise revenue by controlling the flow of customers and table management.
• Be the face of a Group known for its warm welcome.
• Communicate effectively and clearly at all times.
• Exceed guests’ expectations at all times.
• Collate and use guest data to enhance future visits.
• Lead and train the reception team.
