Job summary

JKS Restaurants is seeking an experienced Reception Manager to ensure a warm, engaging first impression and an outstanding guest journey from arrival to departure. You will lead front-of-house interactions, coordinate reservations, and uphold standards across the dining room and lounge.

The role requires prior reception leadership in a quality restaurant, a friendly, professional manner with guests, and proficiency with SevenRooms or similar systems.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Reception Manager or Head Receptionist in a fast paced, quality restaurant.
• Welcoming and interacting with guests in a professional and friendly manner, building rapport to encourage repeat custom.
• Experience with SevenRooms (preferred).
• Effectively managing reservations and walk-ins to maximise covers during service.
• Handling face to face, telephone and email queries in a polite, professional and diplomatic manner.

The Position

We're looking for an experienced Reception Manager to ensure a welcoming and engaging first impression, and an exceptional guest experience and ensuring a seamless journey for our guests from start to finish.

If you have experience in the following, then we want to hear from you:

• Prior experience as a Reception Manager or Head Receptionist in a fast paced, quality restaurant;

• Experience with SevenRooms (preferred);
