Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to Travelodge Horsham Central on arrival and during stay.
• Check guests in and process reservations and payments.
• Carry out cash handling and banking procedures.
• Contribute to regular fire and safety walks and procedures.
• Assist the wider hotel team as needed to ensure smooth operations.
