Job summary

Individual Restaurants is seeking a friendly Reception Host to join our team. You will be the face of the restaurant, greeting guests, directing arrivals, and ensuring a warm, efficient check-in experience.

With previous reception or customer-facing hospitality experience, you will deliver outstanding service, handle inquiries, and support the team during busy periods. We offer in-house training, staff discounts, and development opportunities across our 30+ restaurants.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Reception Host or in a similar customer-facing role within the hospitality industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the establishment, ensuring guests have a positive first impression.
• Provide a world class dining experience by greeting guests and guiding them smoothly to their tables.
• Handle inquiries and support the team during peak periods to maintain excellent service.
