• Qualified to bachelor’s degree level in relevant subject
• Experience leading Early Years phase
• Ability to inspire colleagues and drive improvement

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the Early Years phase to deliver high-quality teaching and outcomes
• Support phase staff, model excellent practice and ensure consistency in planning and assessment
• Create a safe, nurturing Reception environment with high expectations for behaviour
• Collaborate with SLT, staff, parents, governors and external agencies to support wellbeing
• Monitor standards through observation, assessment, data analysis to drive improvement
