Beaudesert Park School, part of the Rugby School Group, is seeking a Reception Class Teacher for maternity cover. The role focuses on teaching and nurturing Reception-aged children in a two-class setting with a Teaching Assistant.

The successful candidate will join a supportive, aspirational environment and contribute to outstanding teaching and learning. The position is full-time, 45 hours per week, on a term-time basis, from January 2027 for two terms, with a closing date of 30 October 2026

Responsibilities

• Teach and nurture Reception-aged children as the Class Teacher in one of two Reception classes.
• Work alongside a Teaching Assistant to support pupil learning and holistic development.
• Demonstrate commitment to outstanding teaching and learning and help children achieve their potential within an aspirational school.
