Responsibilities

• Teach the Advantage Schools curriculum to a cohort of pupils.
• Use assessment effectively to identify gaps and guide planning.
• Support teaching practice with leading research and evidence.
• Develop and maintain the curriculum in line with school approach.
• Collaborate with the teaching team and help develop staff.
• Uphold very high expectations and standards in school life.
• Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed with rigour.
