Laurus Trust in Manchester is seeking an enthusiastic Reception and Administration Assistant to be the first point of contact for visitors, parents, students and staff, delivering a welcoming reception and high-quality administrative support across the school.
This 30-hour per week term-time role focuses on front desk duties, organising meetings, maintaining records and supporting day-to-day school operations, with flexible working options including part-time arrangements and job sharing.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Reception and Administration Assistant to join our busy school office team. This is an exciting opportunity to become the first point of contact for visitors, parents, students and staff, providing a professional and welcoming reception service whilst delivering high-quality administrative support across the school. The role includes reception duties, administrative support, organising meetings and appointments, maintaining records and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the school.

This position is contracted on a 30 hours per week Term Time Only basis (4 days per week, 8-4pm Monday, Wednesday-Friday). This means you will mainly work when the school is open to pupils and will not need to work during the school holidays unless the contract requires you to do so.
