Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Reception team, passionate about providing excellent front-of-house service. You will work closely with a dedicated team committed to delivering high-quality customer service to clients and students both face-to-face and over the phone. This varied role involves handling periods of high demand, providing significant operational experience within a large organisation, and responding appropriately to various enquiries and situations.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in customer care, committed to supporting both young people and adults in accessing opportunities that can transform their lives. The successful candidate will be highly self-motivated, results-driven, possess good communication skills, and be passionate about improving lives and communities. The role offers variety, challenges, and the satisfaction of being part of an excellent team and organisation.
